Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala held a joint public meeting in Baroda Assembly on Saturday and appealed to the public to vote for BJP-JJP candidate Yogeshwar Dutt in the by-election on November 3.
