NSW Coroner refers death of Indigenous man to DPP

The NSW Coroner has suspended an inquest into the death of a 43-year-old Aboriginal man who was shot dead by a corrective services officer outside Lismore Base Hospital last year. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewers are advised that this story contains an image of a person who has died.
