Bihar assembly election 2020 has begun with the first phase of polling in 71 seats today. Voting is underway on the 71 assembly constituencies in 16 districts. This is the first election in the time of the Covid-19 crisis. PM Modi has also appealed to follow the coronavirus guidelines but people at polling centers were seen defying social distancing.
