Ankita Lokhande Visits Sushant Singh Rajputs Home, Deepika Padukone Speaks On Need For Mental Health Awareness | Celebs Spotted

Actor Ankita Lokhande was pictured visiting the Mumbai residence of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput on June 16, a day after his funeral. Ankita and Sushant rose to fame as the leads on Pavitra Rishta, an Ekta Kapoor-produced soap in which they were cast as love interests. The two dated in real life for six years. Reportedly, Lokhande is devastated. Shekar Kapur and Manoj Bajpayee who worked Sushant got together on a live chat on Instagram in memory of the late actor. Both the talents remembered the time they spent with him Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise has got everyone talking about depression and mental illness. Recently, Danish Sait, a Bengaluru-based actor, radio host and comedian, came forward to talk about his story of 'therapy and anti-depressants' on social media. Deepika Padukone, who herself fought with depression appreciated Sait for opening up about his mental health and retweeted his post. However, she urged people to not name the medication they are on and the specifics of dosage. She said one rule does not fit all and information about medicine and dosage could potentially be misused. In another post, Deepika asked people to communicate, talk, express and seek help if they are going through depression. She also urged people to accept that depression is a form of mental illness. Meanwhile, Diet Prada, a fashion watchdog with over two million followers, called out an international magazine, Vogue, for using actress Deepika Padukone as ‘a prop’ on its April 2019's cover issue. Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty turned a year older on June 16. However, he is in no mood to celebrate his birthday.
