Director Nishikant Kamat Dies At 50; Kareena, Sara & Ibrahims birthday wish for Saif Ali Khan

Drishyam director Nishikant Kamat is no more. Actor Riteish Deshmukh tweeted about his demise. Ajay Devgn also tweeted remembering the late director. On August 11, it was reported that the 50-year-old director was critical post relapse of liver ailment. On August 17, filmmaker Milap Zaveri tweeted about Nishikant’s death. Milap Zaveri expressed his condolences in a tweet. But it appears that he was misinformed. Milap quickly rectified his error and tweeted that while Nishikant was alive, he was still critical. Sara Ali Khan and brother Ibrahim were not in the city to be a part of Saif Ali Khan’s birthday celebrations but made sure they wished their father on social media. Saif turned 50 on August 16. Sara shared several throwback pictures with Saif from her growing up years. Sara’s brother Ibrahim Ali Khan shared a candid throwback picture with Saif on the occasion. Kareena Kapoor threw a small party at home to celebrate Saif’s birthday and the impending arrival of their second child. Kareena’s sister Karisma Kapoor, her daughter Samiera, Saif’s sister Soha Ali Khan and husband Kunal Kemmu, Amrita Arora and husband Shakeel Ladak had joined in the celebrations at Saif’s residence. Sanjay Dutt was photographed outside Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital on August 15, just a few days after the 61-year-old actor announced he is taking a break from work because of medical treatment. The actor, seen wearing a mask while visiting the hospital, greeted the paparazzi. Dutt was accompanied by sister Priya Dutt. A day after the former India captain MS Dhoni announced his international retirement, actor Ranveer Singh posted a few throwbacks pics on his Instagram profile.
