While as Indians we may love Chinese food, it seems most of our favourite dishes did not really come from China. Even if they did, we tossed them with our prefered vegetables and topped with spices, transforming them completely into Indian dishes. Here we look at some of the dishes known as Chinese in India, but are actually India.
