Heatwave Grips Europe, Spain Battles Biggest Wildfires in 20 Years

Spain witnessed a massive wildfire, a scale not seen in 20 years. Firefighters fought with the wildfires as temperatures kept soaring in Spain. The blaze broke out in Torre del Espanol in Catalonia. Many parts of Europe have been suffering due to the wildfires. France could witness high temperatures on June 29 (Friday). 44.1C was recorded in the Gard region in August 2003 but temperatures could now go as high as 45C. Orange alert has been issued in France. This is the second highest warning level.
