New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art is marking its one-hundred-and-fiftieth anniversary. As part of the celebrations it's putting on an exhibition about the changing nature of fashion. 'About time: Fashion and Duration' explores the idea that design can be both linear and cyclical. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
