Sushant Singh Rajput’s sad and tragic demise has Bollywood shocked and his fans shattered. While many are out on the streets protesting and seeking justice for the actor, others are taking up noble causes as a tribute to the late actor. Keeping in mind the COVID-19 pandemic, a fan recently came up with a customized face mask with Sushant’s picture on it along with a heart-touching message.
The bail plea of actor Rhea Chakraborty, who was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, was rejected late in the evening. Ms. Chakraborty was sent to 14 days judicial custody by a magistrate’s court.
Following her arrest, the NCB stated, “It is clear from her statement that she is in an active member of the drug syndicate connected with drug suppliers. It is also clear that she used to procure drugs for Sushant. She used to manage finance for drug procurement along with Sushant.”Amidst heavy security and media presence, Rhea Chakraborty left her residence on Sunday morning for her interrogation with the Narcotics Control Bureau. The security around Rhea's residence was beefed up significantly with women officers also present at the venue.
On the other hand, Kangana Ranaut is currently hitting headlines for a comment she made about the city of Mumbai, which has now snowballed into a massive controversy. From the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation carrying out demolition work at her office space in Mumbai to Kangana hitting out at Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray.
Upon her arrival from her hometown in Himachal Pradesh, Kangana, who has been given Y-plus category security from the Centre, fired a fresh salvo at Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, saying his “ego will be destroyed” the way her Bandra home was demolished.
“Uddhav Thackeray Tujhe kya lagta hai? (what do you think?) My home was demolished today, your arrogance will crumble tomorrow. This is the wheel of time, it keeps changing,” she said in a video message.
