Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday hit the grounds in Bihar campaigning for the three-phase elections which begin next Wednesday.While addressing the rally at Hisua in Nawada, Rahul Gandhi targeted PM Narendra Modi. Talking about the Lockdown and plight of migrant labourers, Rahul Gandhi said, you walked miles but the Government didn't arrange buses or trains for you. Watch the video.
