Health Minister and WC Premier disagrees on COVID-19 numbers

The health minister's claim of a resurgence in the Western Cape’s COVID-19 infections - is being disputed. Zweli Mkhize says the province recorded a 42 percent increase in new cases in the past 7 days. But Premier Alan Winde and his health officials don't agree.
