In Top 10 Illaingargal award Category goes to Samyuktha Menon - Welfare for Transgender Society (0:14) follows that Top 10 Manithargal Category award went to Po Rathinam - Excellence in Profession ( Lawyer) present by G.Shivaraman (4:24) next Ilaikiyam Award Category goes to Ponnilian - Excellence in Literature (7:41). The video ends with a beautiful dance performance from Vidya Pradeep.(12:00)
