The Congress on Wednesday released its manifesto regarding the assembly general elections starting next week in Bihar. The party has named it Bihar Parivartan Patra. In this manifesto, the Congress has promised the farmers of Bihar to waive free power and debt if they come to power. Apart from this, Congress has given place to Tejashwi Yadav in its manifesto.

बिहार में अगले हफ्ते से शुरू हो रहे विधानसभा आम चुनाव को लेकर कांग्रेस ने बुधवार को अपना घोषणा पत्र जारी किया। पार्टी ने इसे बिहार बदलाव पत्र नाम दिया है। इस घोषणा पत्र में कांग्रेस ने बिहार के किसानों से सत्ता में आने पर मुफ्त बिजली और कर्ज माफ करने का वादा किया है। इसके अलावा कांग्रेस ने अपने घोषणा पत्र में तेजस्वी यादव को जगह दी है।
