Nearly 5.2 crore cows and buffaloes in Uttar Pradesh will be geotagged by March 2021, of which 1.3 crore cattle had already been tagged. The work of giving Aadhar number to animals in the country is also going on fast. The government has started extending ‘Aadhaar Number’ to the Cows And Buffaloes also by expanding the scheme. The government says that there will be many benefits from it.
