The Election Commission has refused to consider Pushpam Priya Chaudhary, the president of 'The Purals Party' and who describes herself as CM candidate, as her party's candidate. Not only this, in the list of candidates released by Patna District Election Office, Pushpam Priya has been declared as an independent candidate.

'द प्लुरल्स पार्टी' की अध्यक्ष और खुद को सीएम कैंडिडेट बताने वाली पुष्पम प्रिया चौधरी को उनकी पार्टी का कैंडिडेट मानने से चुनाव आयोग ने इनकार कर दिया है। इतना ही नहीं, पटना जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय ने उम्मीदवारों की जो सूची जारी की है, उसमें पुष्पम प्रिया को निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार घोषित कर दिया है।
