کتنا مہلک تھا زہر ٹکڑے جگر کر ڈالا
آل پہ گزرا یہ غم شامِ غریباں کیطرح
تم پہ اُمت نے ستم کسطرح سے ڈھائے حسن ع

آپ مظلوم جنازے پہ بھی ڈھائے ہیں ستم
جانے یہ کیسی زمانے میں نئی آئی رسم
بعدِ رخصت کوئی تابوت بھی گھر آئے حسن ع

تم پہ زینب ع ہو فدا خستہ جگر بھائی میرے
رکھ دیئے تشت میں اک تیرے جگر کے ٹکڑے
کوں قاسم کو یہ اب داستاں سُنائے حسن ع

کانپ اُٹھی تھی زمیں آسماں تھرانے لگا
بھائی کو بھائی سے جب گفتگو کرتے یہ سُنا
ہم تو بابا کا ابھی غم نہ بُھلا پائے حسن ع

حُجتِ وقت بھی ہیں باپ بھی ہیں بھائی بھی ہیں
اپنی تکلیف بیاں کسطرح نشتر وہ کریں
وقتِ رخصت بھی تسلی دی نہ گھبرائے حسن ع
