Tangled Mother Humpback Whale Needs Help
While fishing around the island of Tonga they discovered a tangled mother humpback whale with a calf. They hopped in the water to help but had a hard time getting close. They were determined to help this whale, hearing an animal of that size crying underwater is the saddest thing I have seen and heard. The final moments of freedom were not captured on film but we successful in removing the buoys and anchor from the mother whale.
