A man allegedly shot dead a villager as a fracas broke out Thursday at a meeting attended by administration and police officials over the allotment of ration shops in a Ballia village. The incident has raised several questions on the Uttar Pradesh police. Today during a debate in Halla Bol, former DGP of Uttar Pradesh, Vikram Singh lashed out at those policemen, who were present at the time of the incident.
