Eight-year-old student to pay school fees for 100 students studying in

Citing the reason for fund unavailability, the Delhi Government had expressed an inability to pay school fees for 10th and 12th students. In such a situation, an eight-year-old student has taken the responsibility to pay school fees for 100 students studying in Delhi Govt. School.
