Something similar happened in Surat city when corporation officials made an invoice of Rs 400 for a child selling fruit. The child started crying after giving money.

कोरोना के चलते रोजगार ठप हो चुके हैं और रोज कमाने वाले लोग मुश्किलों का सामना करने पर मजबूर हैं। ऐसे में गरीब परिवारों के बच्चे भी छोटे-मोटे काम-धंधे कर परिवार की मदद कर रहे हैं। लेकिन प्रशासन को सिर्फ अपने नियमों से मतलब है न कि गरीबों की परेशानियों से। कुछ ऐसा ही सूरत शहर में हुआ, जब निगम के अधिकारियों ने एक फल बेच रहे बच्चे के 400 रुपए का चालान बना दिया। बच्चा पैसे देने के बाद रोने लगा, जिससे मौके पर मौजूद लोग गुस्सा हो गए ।
