The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case in the case after the alleged gang of a Dalit woman in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. Also, CBI has started its investigation in this case. CBI has registered a case in this case under , attempt to and SC-ST Act, CBI has also formed an investigation team in this case.

उत्तर प्रदेश के हाथरस में दलित युवती के कथित गैंगरेप के बाद हत्या मामले में केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने केस दर्ज किया है. साथ ही सीबीआई ने इस मामले में अपनी जांच पड़ताल शुरू कर दी है. सीबीआई ने इस मामले में हत्या, हत्या की कोशिश, गैंगरेप और एससी-एसटी एक्ट के तहत केस दर्ज किया है,सीबीआई ने इस मामले में जांच टीम का भी गठन किया है.
