Artist uses hydro dipping to create custom designs on anything
  • 4 years ago
Cole Newman is an artist who can make anything colorful through hydro dipping. He pours hydrophobic paint into a bucket of water and swirls the colors around with a coffee stirrer to create a marbling effect. Cole dips household objects like cups and water bottles or seasonal items like decorative pumpkins. The trick is doing it quickly enough to ensure the paint sticks to the object. Wood, aluminum, and certain plastics will work.
