Buildings in Nagorno-Karabakh's main city of Stepanakert are destroyed and electric cables have fallen down as fighting between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces over the disputed region continue with fresh shelling in the province's capital ahead of a first meeting of international mediators in Geneva.
