The FBI is warning that scammers are setting up fake voting websites to trick Americans.
The websites look like official voting resources but contain false or misleading information are being set up to confuse voters.
Cybercriminals are also creating spoofed email addresses that look like they came from trustworthy sources to send people misinformation about voting.
The FBI said the fake websites and emails are being set up by "foreign actors."
