About John Keats Ormandy

As an experienced entrepreneur with knowledge of various industries, John Keats Ormandy has gained success through years of hard work and his ability to be a self-starter and learn. He was born and raised in Liverpool, England, where he completed schooling before moving to Peterborough to begin working in the hospitality industry. He has since grown and started his own companies in the real estate property investment industry.
John’s first role was working in a local hotel as a waiter before he began taking on other various positions in different hotels. After some time, John Keats Ormandy decided to make a career change and started to work as an apprentice hairdresser for a company called Sakra. Although his time as an apprentice at Sakra was short, he learned many valuable skills. John then went on to work at Toni & Guy hairdressers and became a qualified hairdresser. He gained expertise and clientele as a hairdresser at Toni & Guy before moving on to work at a local salon Kazoo and eventually going back to work at Sakra.
Aside from his passion for hair, John Keats Ormandy is also passionate about music. He is a musician who has been part of two bands called Cafe Wah and Mars County. Being part of each of these bands were some of the most fun John had. He loved being able to perform and share music regularly. Although he is no longer part of a band, John continues to write music today.
His time in music had led him to meet people in the real estate investing industry. Through a mutual friend, John was introduced to a property investor who helped him gain knowledge of the industry. He worked for the property investor, and his business partner, for free for six months before he was offered a job. John’s ability to learn quickly allowed him to grow and gain a deep understanding of the industry in a short amount of time. A year after working for their company, John Keats Ormandy decided to start his own property investment company, Sanctuary Living Limited and later Sanctuary Assisted Housing Limited.
Today his companies work to source property, renovate, and house vulnerable children and families all over the UK on long term rental leases.
