Azerbaijan and Armenia accuse each other of targeting cities outside conflict zones

As fighting between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces continues over the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, officials from both sides of the conflict on October 4, 2020, released videos reportedly showing cities outside Nagorno-Karabakh being attacked. Azerbaijan said its second-largest city Ganja was targeted with missile strikes while Armenia reported shelling in Nagorno-Karabakh's capital, Stepanakert.
