Hathras: UP BJP MLA says 'rape cases can only be stopped with sanskar and not Governance'|Oneindia

Amid massive outrage over the alleged gangrape of a 20-year-old woman from Uttar Pradesh's Hathras, a remark by BJP MLA from UP's Ballia's has raised eyebrows.
