The Transport Minister says government wants to move with haste to resolve the e-tolls fiasco in an effort to restore the SA National Roads Agency to its full borrowing capacity. Minister Fikile Mbalula says he is looked at a hybrid model for e-tolls, but he thinks there might be a revolt - that's likely to be led by lobby group the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse.
