Simon Yates of Team Mitchelton-Scott was dangerous at the 2018 Giro d'Italia while wearing the pink jersey. He took a win on stage 9 of the race while in the maglia rosa, one of several victories before he lost the jersey to Chris Froome on stage 19. He's back aiming for the overall win at the 2020 Giro d'Italia, the one thing he missed in 2018.
