30-Minute Lower Body and Core Dumbbell Workout

This workout is going to sting a little, but the burn will be worth it. One round consists of six exercises. For each exercise you’ll be working for 40-seconds and resting for 20. Repeat a further four times until the 30-minutes are up.
All you need is a set of dumbbells, some grit and determination and a strong set of glutes. See you on the other side.

Reverse lunges
Side lunges
Plank dumbbell throughs
Russian twists
