Everyone was talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers making a big jump with the return of Ben Roethlisberger in the 2020 season. And through two games, they’ve lived up to that billing as they are undefeated entering NFL Week 3. Now they’ll have a potentially interesting test at Heinz Field on Sunday as they welcome the winless but still dangerous Houston Texans to town. Pittsburgh hasn’t exactly hit the ground running, at least on offense, to start the year. Roethlisberger has shown some rust but they’ve done enough to get the job done, largely thanks to their defense. T. J. Watt and the defense have been an elite unit to this point, especially with bringing pressure. The Steelers defense will look to again control the game with their defense in this NFL Week 3 matchup. The Texans have had a brutal start to their schedule, already having faced the Chiefs and Ravens. This isn’t much of a respite for Houston either as Deshaun Watson could be feeling the heat on Sunday. But it’s the offensive line, the wide receivers and the defense who need to be better for Houston to get their first notch in the win column this season. How to watch Texans vs. Steelers in NFL Week 3Date: Sunday, Sept. 27Start Time: 1:00 p.m. ETLocation: Heinz Field – Pittsburgh, PATV Info: CBSLive Stream: NFL Sunday Ticket, CBS All-AccessBased on what we’ve seen from the Texans and Steelers through the first two weeks of the 2020 season, there is little reason to believe that things will change in this matchup. Houston’s offense has firepower with Watson but the Pittsburgh defense appears primed to attack their opponent in their biggest areas of weakness. If Big Ben is able to come up with a nice week and start rounding into form against a suspect defense, there’s a chance this game might not be all that close. Then again, stranger things have happened than Houston going on the road and handing this Pittsburgh club their first loss of the year.
