Health minister 'didn't know' about use of private security in Hotel quarantine

Victoria's Health Minister is the latest senior Government figure to claim no knowledge of who was responsible for putting private security guards in charge of hotel quarantine. Jenny Mikakos says she was kept in the dark on key details of the program and says there were too many 'cooks' involved in the pandemic response.
