Kanhaiya Kumar while talking to ABP News has said that he will not contest the election. However, he has said that he will fulfill the responsibility that the party will decide. Kanhaiya has said that "This time the party has decided that I should let other people contest elections"

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव की तैयारियां जोरों पर हैं. इस बीच जेएनयू छात्र संघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष और सीपीआई नेता कन्हैया कुमार ने आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में नहीं लड़ने का ऐलान किया है. कन्हैया कुमार ने एबीपी न्यूज से बात करते हुए कहा है कि वो चुनाव नहीं लड़ेंगे. हालांकि उन्होंने कहा है कि पार्टी जो जिम्मेदारी तय करेगी वो उसको निभाएंगे. कन्हैया कहा है कि "इस बार पार्टी ने तय किया है कि मैं दूसरे लोगों को चुनाव लड़वाऊं"
