Surviving the COVID-19 storm

Many South Africans are happy that life seems to be gradually getting back to normal, with level 1. It has been a tough six months for businesses and some even had to close down. But there have been stories of resilience. One such story is that of Duma Collective, a communications and consulting company that went through a tough period but managed to survive the storm. At one point, its founder Sibu Mabena tweeted that the company had less than a thousand rand in its account. Somehow, it managed to bounce back and even added an extra staff member.
