UP: Police beats physically disabled man in Kannauj

A heart-wrenching video went viral on social media in which Uttar Pradesh cops seem to beat a physically handicapped man at Saukhari police station. A handicapped man is an e-rickshaw driver. Video shows the constable hitting him on head-on pushing him to the ground in front of his pregnant wife who pleads to spare him. Watch the video to know more.
