A day before the start of the tournament, former India cricketer and commentator Akash Chopra has named the four teams that according to him they can make it to the playoffs of this year's IPL tournament. The special thing is that in this he has not given place to three such teams which have won at least one title. During this, he also named his favorite IPL team.

इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग शुरू होने में अब बस एक दिन का समय बाकी रह गया है। टूर्नामेंट अपने नाम करने के लिए सभी टीमें जोर-शोर से तैयारियां कर रही हैं। टूर्नामेंट के शुरू होने से एक दिन पहले भारत के पूर्व क्रिकेटर ओर कमेंटेटर आकाश चोपड़ा ने उन चार टीमों के नाम बनाए हैं जो उनके हिसाब से इस साल के आईपीएल टूर्नामेंट के प्लेऑफ में जगह बना सकती हैं। खास बात यह है कि इसमें उन्होंने तीन ऐसी टीमों को जगह नहीं दी है जो कम से कम एक खिताब अपने नाम कर चुकी हैं। इस दौरान उन्होंने अपनी फेवरेट आईपीएल टीम का नाम भी बताया।
