In sports, the South Korean men's national football team moved up one place in the latest FIFA rankings to 39th.
According to the world football rankings released by FIFA on Thursday, the change in the ranking comes as some international matches have finally resumed.
South Korea's new rank also comes after nine months of holding 40th position since last December.
Among members of the Asian Football Confederation, South Korea is placed third after Japan and Iran.
