The Supreme Court has stayed the arrest of journalist Vinod Dua till further orders, the Supreme Court has extended interim protection from the arrest of Vinod Dua and said that till the next hearing on September 18 in the case of treason lodged against him in Himachal Pradesh There should be no action. A three-judge bench of the apex court headed by Justice Uday Umesh Lalit gave an interim order on Wednesday, saying that Vinod Dua cannot be arrested until the next hearing in the case.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पत्रकार विनोद दुआ की गिरफ्तारी पर अगले आदेश तक रोक लगा दी है,सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने विनोद दुआ की गिरफ्तारी से अंतरिम सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी है और कहा है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश में उनके खिलाफ दर्ज राजद्रोह के मामले में 18 सितंबर को अगली सुनवाई तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होनी चाहिए। जस्टिस उदय उमेश ललित की अध्यक्षता वाली शीर्ष अदालत की तीन न्यायाधीशों की पीठ ने बुधवार को एक अंतरिम आदेश देते हुए कहा कि मामले में अगली सुनवाई तक विनोद दुआ को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जा सकता है।
