South Korea's Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha is visiting Vietnam to discuss cooperation across various fields.
Sitting down with her Vietnamese counterpart,... Kang will hold talks on introducing a "fast-track" entry program.
On her way to Hanoi this morning, she said they still need to work on quarantine measures regarding that issue.
They are also due to talk about the fight against COVID-19 and the Seoul-Hanoi strategic partnership.
