Ingredients: ½ cup Milk, 1 Egg, 3~4 tbsp. Vegetable Oil, 1 cup Flour, 1 tsp Baking Powder, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Chili Flakes, 1 medium Onion, 1 medium Tomato, 1 medium Capsicum, Green Chili & fresh Coriander
