Cutting Process of Chicken Winglets-Meat cut loose from bone & pushed down to create the lollipop shape.

Ingredients for chicken marination :
Chicken-500 gm
Salt-As per taste
Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste-2 tsp
Dark soya sauce-1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil-As required for frying

Ingredients for batter :
All purpose flour-1/2 cup
Corn flour-4 tbsp
Salt-as per taste
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Black pepper-1/4 tsp
Water-As required

Ingredients for Masala :
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Chopped Ginger-Garlic-3 tsp
Tomato Ketchup-1 tbsp
Chilli sauce-2 tbsp
Dark Soya sayce-1 tsp
Vinegar-1/2 tsp
Chopped onion-1/4 cup
Corn Slurry-3 tbsp (1 tbsp corn+2 tbsp water)

Recipe:
Marinate chicken wings with salt,black pepper, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder & soya sauce.
Take cooking oil in a frying pan & heat the oil on medium flame.Fry all chicken lollipops for 5-7 mins. If u are in a hurry, You can serve thus fried chicken lollipops with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
Add cooking oil in a frying pan. Add ginger-garlic fry it for 2-3 mins. Add tomato ketchup, chilli saue, dark soya sauce, & vinegar. Add all chopped onion & saute it for 3-4 mins. Add corn slurry to make thick gravy. Add all chicken lollipops & mix it well. Masala Chicken lollipops are ready to be served.
