'I didn't lie': Trump addresses Woodward revelations on coronavirus and nuclear program
  • 4 years ago
In a briefing with reporters at the White House, US President Donald Trump reiterates that he never lied to the American people despite telling reporter Bob Woodward in February the coronavirus is "deadly stuff," accusing Woodward of malpractice for not immediately reporting him to authorities or going public with his information. Trump also alluded to updates to the nuclear program that could cause "a whole new level of destruction" and said he expected further breakthroughs in his Middle East peace plans shortly.
