Europe is in chaos again in response to the new Covid-19 outbreak.
In the midst of a dramatic rise in new CoV infections in many European countries, each government responded differently.

Thanks to a strict large-scale blockade, Europe managed to contain Covid-19 and most of the country reopened it two months ago. Later, the new outbreaks were also largely controlled quickly due to improved testing and contact tracking capabilities. People's lives seem to have returned to normal, with the basic rule of thumb is to wear masks and social out.

However, France, Germany and Italy recently recorded the highest number of new daily nCoV infections since the spring, while Spain faces a major outbreak. European governments and health officials warn the continent is entering a new phase of pandemic.

New infections in Europe, as in many other parts of the world, are concentrated among the young population. According to the World Health Organization, the proportion of people aged 15 to 24 with nCoV infection in Europe has increased from about 4.5 percent to 15 percent in the past five months.
