The red onion of Alwar in Rajasthan supplies to many states of the country. Last year, farmers got many times more income from red onion. Now the sowing of onion crop has started again, but how they make the onion four months ago and raise them like children in cooler-wings is a big thing.

राजस्थान के अलवर की लाल प्याज देश के अनेक राज्यों की आपूर्ती करती है. पिछले साल किसानों को लाल प्याज से कई गुना आमदनी हुई. अब फिर प्याज की फसल की बुवाई शुरू हो चुकी है, लेकिन प्याज को चार महीने पहले किस तरह गंठिया बना कर उन्हें कूलर-पंखों में बच्चों की तरह पालना पड़ता है वो बड़ी बात है.
