Honey chicken is crispy pieces of chicken breast that are fried to golden brown perfection & then tossed in a sweet n savory sauce.
Ingredients: Chicken-400 gm(chicken breast-cut into cubes) Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tbsp Salt-As per taste Vinegar-2 tsp Soya Sauce-1 tsp Cornflour-5 tbsp Cooking Oil-As Required for Frying Chilli Sauce-2 tsp Tomato ketchup-1 tsp Soya sauce-1 tsp Honey-2 tsp Vinegar-1 tsp Ginger-1 tsp Garlic-1 tsp Spring Onion-As Required for Garnishing
Recipe-Marinate chicken cubes with ginger-garlic paste,salt,soya sauce,vinegar & 1 tbsp cornflour. Rest it for 5 mins. Then take 3-4 tbsp cornflour in a plate & coat all chicken cubes one by one. Rest it for 10 mins. Take cooking oil as required for frying in a fry pan. Fry all chicken cubes. Do flash fry for better result & super crispy chicken cubes. Take out chicken cubes in kitchen paper. Take out extra oil & add chopped ginger-garlic & fry for 2 mins. Then add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar & honey. Add salt if required. Cook for 3-4 mins & add chicken cubes. Coat well wuth sauce. Add spring onion for garnishing & crispy honey chicken is ready.
