Gayatri Prajapati को बड़ी राहत, Corona का बनाया बहाना तो High Court से मिली जमानत | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has granted bail to Gayatri Prajapati, accused of gangrape and mining minister in Akhilesh government. He was given this advance bail for 2 months. Gayatri had argued behind the bail that she was at risk of corona virus. So they should get this bail so that they can get treatment outside.

गैंगरेप के आरोपी और अखिलेश सरकार में खनन मंत्री गायत्री प्रजापति को इलाहबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बैंच ने जमानत दे दी है. उनको ये अग्रिम जमानत 2 महीने के लिए दी गई. जमानत के पीछे गायत्री ने तर्क दिया था कि उन्हें कोरोना वायरस का खतरा है. इसलिए उन्हें ये जमानत मिलनी चाहिए ताकि वो बाहर इलाज करा सकें.
