Dozens of fire trucks were stranded in a traffic jam while they responded to a burning commercial building.

The fire rescue unit rushed to douse the flames engulfing the room of a building in Manila City, the Philippines on September 2 afternoon.

Some of the streets leading to the burning building were so narrow that the emergency vehicles were wedged together when they responded simultaneously.

Footage shows the fire trucks lined up at Espana Boulevard while the other vehicles struggle to make way for the emergency crews.

Onlooker MC Reyes said: "It's great that there were so many rescue teams attending the emergency.''

The fire trucks were able to reach the burning building on time and it was extinguished a few hours on the same day. No one was hurt in the incident.
