S. Korea, Singapore agree on fast-track entry program for biz people during pandemic

South Korea and Singapore have agreed to introduce a "fast-track" entry program starting this Friday so people from both countries can make essential business trips.
Under the plan, Singapore will admit South Koreans for business if they have a negative COVID-19 test and a travel pass from the Singaporean government.
They have to be tested again when they get there.
Same applies for Singaporeans coming to Korea.
Seoul has fast-track programs already with three other countries China, the UAE and Indonesia.
