Recipe for 04 members-
Ingredient –
350 grm chicken
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp kevra essence
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Salt
1 cup curd
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp pure ghee
1 black cardamom
4-5 Black Pepper
1 bay leaf
3 glass water
1 cup fried onions
1 cup paste of cashew nut, malai, almond
½ cup special masala (mace, star anise, green cardamom, cinnamon, fennel seeds, jeera)

Preparation methods-
* Heat the pan and add oil and black cardamom, bay leaf and then add chicken and fry it to become golden colour for 4-5 minute on medium flame and add half portion of ginger garlic paste and fry it for 7-8 minutes.
** Take a bawl for make a gravy first add remaining half portion of ginger garlic paste, ½ cup fried onions, kashmiri and red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, ¼ cup special masala, ½ cup curd and paste of cashew nut, malai, almond, and mix well .
** The gravy put into the pan and mix well until all the curd and other spices become cooked on medium flame on 4-5 minutes.
*** After that add sufficient water 30 and leave it to 15-20 minutes on low flame. After 20 minutes check the chicken and add ½ cup fried and crushed onions, garam masala and special masala, remaining malai, ghee and and kevra water and cover it for 1-2 minutes and addcoriander leaf and add some water if required and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

FINALLY take a bowl and put the and garnish with Coriander Leaf and take enjoy as starter.
