For Sure, The Cloud Will Go Down Again. Here's How To Prepare

Most of the apps Americans rely on for work and play are run from the cloud, and are essential for getting pretty much anything done these days.
But what happens when the cloud goes down? After all, Gizmodo reports cloud outages are frequent, even if they rarely all go down at once.
First, secure your emails. You can enable access to your Gmail offline, or set them up to sync with a build-in desktop client, or one like Thunderbird.
Sync your files with a different cloud, such as Dropbox, and configure them so you can access them offline, if your ISP is down.
Finally, just give social media a rest. You won't miss it!
